This Privacy Statement applies to all processing of personal data by Showcontrols B.V. in
the context of its services, website, communications and other business activities.

Showcontrols B.V. processes only personal data that are necessary for the purposes
described below. This may include the following categories of personal data:

• Business and contact details (such as company name, e-mail address and
telephone number);
• Financial and administrative data (such as invoicing and payment information);

Showcontrols B.V. does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for
which they were collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Administrative data are retained in accordance with the statutory retention periods under
applicable tax legislation.

6. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data are not sold or disclosed to third parties, unless this is necessary for the
performance of an agreement, to comply with a legal obligation, or where Showcontrols
B.V. has obtained consent to do so.
Where third parties process personal data on behalf of Showcontrols B.V., a data
processing agreement is concluded in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

7. Event-specific processing (crew, freelancers and production)
In the context of the execution of events and productions, Showcontrols B.V. processes
additional personal data that are necessary for the proper, safe and professional
performance of its services. This may include, among other things:
• Data of freelancers and hired crew members (such as name, contact details,
availability, role and rate agreements);
• Planning and scheduling data;
• Travel and accommodation details, insofar as required for logistical organisation;

• Communication data relating to production coordination;
• Access or badge data where required by the venue or client.
Such processing is based on the performance of a contract and/or the legitimate interest of
Showcontrols B.V. to execute productions in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
Personal data of crew members and freelancers are not retained longer than necessary for
these purposes, subject to statutory retention obligations.

The website of Showcontrols B.V. uses only functional and analytical cookies that have
little or no impact on the privacy of visitors. These cookies are used to ensure the proper

If a data subject believes that Showcontrols B.V. is acting in violation of applicable data
protection legislation, a complaint may be submitted to Showcontrols B.V. and/or to the
competent supervisory authority.

12. Version control and amendments
Showcontrols B.V. reserves the right to amend this Privacy Statement at any time.
